“The Fast Solution” follows the six-month journey of Surabhi Rumbles Bhatnagar as she practices Intermittent Fasting (IF), an eating pattern that, in its most popular application, allows followers to eat freely but only for a limited number of hours each day. Fasting must be maintained during the remaining hours. Can Surabhi, a 25-year-old woman who is 30 kg (66 lb) overweight, balding and depressed really eat anything she wants but lose her extra weight and return to health and happiness just by limiting the hours in which she eats?

Merav is a successful serial entrepreneur and has created multiple software companies, a photography service for online daters  and a #1 Amazon Best selling natural cosmetics company in Bali, Indonesia. Last year she sold most of her businesses in order to focus on her passions: Intermittent Fasting and spirituality.

She runs a popular blog about practical spiritual tools for a healthy mind (TheVortex.me), stress release and vibrational alignment.

Surabhi Rumbles Bhatnagar

Surabhi is not only a producer of The Fast Solution but also the subject of the movie. We will be following her as she takes her first steps in Intermittent Fasting, and seeing how the lifestyle affects her weight and life.

Surabhi has a Master’s degree in in Event Management and Public Relations. She owns her own production company and has produced multiple big budget features in the UK, as well as a variety of charity events and destination weddings around the world.

As part of her constant weight battles, Surabhi became a serial dieter. She’s tried a plethora of high-protein, low-carb and low-fat diet fads and found that while she was able to drop the weight easily, maintaining that loss was her biggest struggle.

Her earnest quest for a sustainable relationship with food and her spiritual outlook to life has brought her to Intermittent Fasting and the making of this movie.
